Acne

    my daughter is just entering her teens. What can I do to protect her from pimples and acne?

detect her skin type---oily,dry or normal and then ask her to use cleanser,toner and moisturiser according to her skin type only--these should be used at least twice daily.make sure that this all is of standard brand.

alongwith it ask her to drink lots of water.

Hi..

For pimples and acne, best permanent solution other than eating habits is applying lacto calamine.

At first, application may not seem good to you like some dryness and stuff, you will not feel good..but yes after applying it on regular basis you will get used to and once after using continously for 6 months, there is no acne ever other than 1-2 pimples that to sometimes ( occasionally)..

Right now in winter season, you can use laco calamine iwth moistriser or can avoid it if extra dryness occurs, else start with this in summers and apply for 6 months and see the result.
